SHIPPING POLICY — ROSE & MARGOT

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 working days.

We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated delivery times

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination:

  • UK: 7–14 working days
  • Europe: 7–18 working days
  • Latin America: 10–25 working days

These times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs checks, high demand or logistics incidents beyond our control.

3. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number (if available for your country or shipping method).

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated automatically and shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

5. Product availability

Due to the high demand for some items, it may happen that a product already purchased is not available at the time of processing the order.

In that case, we will contact the customer before proceeding with any shipment to offer an alternative product of equivalent value, at no additional cost, or a full refund of the order, at the customer's choice.

No shipment will be made until we receive the customer's confirmation of their preferred option.

6. Order not received

If more than 30 working days have passed since your purchase and you still have not received your order, please contact us quoting your order number.

We will review the status of the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect or incomplete address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping details.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or delays where the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

8. International shipping and customs

For international shipments, the order may be subject to taxes, customs duties or additional charges set by the authorities of each country.

Any such costs will always be borne by the customer.
