Available positions and the profiles we look for most often
We hire based on our current needs, but these are the profiles we look for most frequently:
Customer service via email and social media
Help our customers with order updates, sizing questions, returns and general enquiries, always with a kind, solutions-focused approach.
Order support and operations
Support with managing orders, shipping updates, admin tasks and keeping our internal system properly maintained.
Content and social media support
Help with product descriptions, simple creatives, short content ideas, publishing schedules and engaging with the community.
Shopify e-commerce assistant
Support with uploading products, small page edits, organising collections and general improvements to the online store.
